AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson got 300,000 shares of AT&T stock at zero cost and sold them all for 3.2 million dollars on 1/29/2009, the day before he announced he wouldn't take a bonus or salary increase. This was six days before he announced there would be no team award for non-salaried employees.
